Primitive balancing robot

We already saw how today's balancing robots perform. We also know that they use gyros/accelerometers and microcontrollers or even microprocessors. Now we will see a primitive version of this mechanism, which instead of those expencive sensors use a micro-switch.

I guess this is the way balancing robots were made before microprocessors and gyros :) Still, quite cool!
