Za pokretanje ovog POV LED displeja je korišten motor iz starog kasetofona. Korištene LED-ice su plave boje što daje dosta bolje rezultate od do sada već viđene crvene. Još su dodatno išmirglane da bi im tijelo jače sijalo. Mikrokontroler koji je upotrijebljen je Microchip PIC16F84 na 20 MHz.
Autor projekta je obećao postaviti program za mikrokontroler na stranicu, pa svi zainteresovani mogu sebi napraviti ovaj zanimljivi displej.
