Pioneer signal light what is it and how to fix

Hello i have a problem with my pioneer theres a clock icon blinking and it cannot be turned on i tried to hold the power on button for 10 seconds it does a clicking sound and it goes back to blinking again there were no speakers connected i tried unplugging it for couple of hours and still nothing anyone know what it is and am i able to fix it myself got soe basic electronics skills and tools ty!
